The best people to tell you about acupuncture treatments are my clients. (Some names have been changed for anonymity).

I cannot recommend acupuncture with Rachael highly enough.

She is a caring and empathic practitioner, taking the time to get to know you and any concerns she can help with long before the needles appear.

I have seen Rachael for help with a variety of conditions (often at the same time) – migraine, menopause symptoms, muscular issues, running injuries and for general relaxation too. She has been able to bring me relief whatever I’ve presented with.

One time I was going for treatment on a long-standing and recurring shoulder injury, and she noticed I was starting with a cold – so she got rid of the sore throat for me with one well-placed needle!

As well as the acupuncture, Rachael has also treated me with cupping on the shoulder problem.

That was like a very warm and very deep massage, which combined with acupuncture brought huge relief to a painful condition.

Her treatment room is a sunny, warm, safe space and very welcoming.

I start to relax as soon as she opens the door and feel light as a feather by the time I leave.

I first saw Rachael almost 12 months ago got some help treating my migraines. I’ve suffered from them my entire adult life but with a significant increase in frequency over the last two years. I found myself on a whole host of medications, all with numerous side effects yet failing to significantly improve my symptoms. After my first session I noticed a huge reduction in migraine occurrence and after 3 sessions I was rarely experiencing any migraines at all. When they do occur they are milder and shorter lasting. I have continued to see Rachael as I find the acupuncture helps with my energy levels and she has treated me for a rotator cuff injury with remarkable effect and most recently some persistent vertigo, also now fully resolved. I can’t begin to thank her enough and highly recommend her services.

‘Rachael came recommended from a acupuncture clinic near myself. I first went to see Rachael around 6 weeks before starting my IVF treatment and continued to see her throughout my full treatment (around 12 weeks). Rachael was so supportive and helpful, whenever I needed help or advice she was always there to help me. When I attended her clinic each time, if something was bothering me like bloating, she would always help treat this. And I must say it worked. I was skeptical about acupuncture to begin with, I thought it really wouldn’t help. But I must say I am 100% happy I did it and would recommend Rachael to anyone!’

‘Many thanks to Rachael. Acupuncture has really changed my life.

Rachael offers a very warm and professional service. She treats the whole person and is so supportive. I initially asked her to help me with a long standing spinal issue. I feel so much better now. The sessions are sooooo relaxing, thanks to the kindness of Rachel.

I highly recommend her to  everyone.  She is amazing. ‘

‘I first sought Rachael’s help for back pain about a year ago, having heard acupuncture has a particularly good record in the area, but as that issue lessened I’ve come to rely far more on her treatments for stress & anxiety management.

I find Rachael’s ear & her hand utterly invaluable for maintaining my mental balance, as well as still occasionally targeting more physical aches & pains.

The feeling of warmth that flows from the very first needle going in is hugely meditative & I leave my regular sessions with a great sense of zen-like calm.

I happily & heartily recommend Rachael to anyone considering acupuncture or similar therapies.’

‘Acupuncture with Rachael is a real boost for me and I look forward to my regular appointments with her. If I want to feel invigorated or if I want to feel calm, Rachael always tailors the session to meet my needs in a professional and caring way.

She is an amazing support and I would highly recommend trying acupuncture with Rachael. I am afraid of needles and the way Rachael treats me takes this into account so it is not an issue.’

‘I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I am  going through the  menopause, I am 52.

I have been having Acupuncture now for about 12 months with Rachael at her clinic in Batley.

The hour long session includes a discussion about how I have been since my last appointment and any concerns I might have about my health and well being.

Rachael is very knowledgeable about her profession and very professional. I always feel that she listens carefully to what I say and tailors the acupuncture to my needs.

During the treatment the needles are placed in the appropriate areas of my body, I am then left to relax with music to listen to for about 25 minutes. I usually fall asleep.

I find that Acupuncture helps with my symptoms, it helps me to relax and helps with the pain management.

I highly recommend Rachael and Acupuncture as a successful treatment’.

‘I have been attending acupuncture with Rachael for over a year now and i have seen a massive difference in my health and overall well being. Rachael is attentive, understanding and bubbly and eager to listen and be part of my journey to a healthy pregnancy. This journey is stressful enough and it's so important to have the right support in place. She is welcoming and her sense of humour makes you feel settled and at ease. She speaks through the treatment and her knowledge of this field is amazing! I would definitely recommend her if you're thinking of starting your journey to good health and specifically want to target certain areas- don't waste time and book yourself in!’

‘Rachael has a warm and understanding manner which makes you instantly feel at ease. My anxiety around needles was dealt with reassurance and a gentle technique that was so good I instantly relaxed and had a calming and enjoyable treatment. Highly recommended to all.’

‘Rachael is kind, caring and skillful. She was a joy to be in the company of – I really felt like I was getting a special treatment and felt very well looked after. I would recommend treatment with her to anyone and can’t wait to enjoy more in the future.’
